All Welcome for weres and humans with the virus who are affected by the full moon. Let's get some activity, kids!
live by the code thatcha got to move on
Sita sat on the ground near the old liquor shoppe, pondering something to do that day. Boredom once again had gotten the best of her, and she sighed in her normal fashion, looking around. Once, there had been another male here, a werewolf. One whom she'd thrown rocks at this very building with, whom she'd broken down to. It had been months ago, because now it was the full moon again, and night would fall in a few short hours. She wondered what she'd do this time around. She never really changed, but she would be feeling it... Singing to the moon, perhaps partly shifted.
Shifting was one of the most painful things Sita had ever encountered. Especially since her body kept a human form, and she simply got sharpened incisors and wolf-like eyes. As the sun set, and her eyes narrowed on the moon, a call rose from her throat, a song, the song of her heart.
---
A darkened form lay, bones feeling shattered. She'd changed a little more than she'd thought, and she never remembered what it was actually like until it happened again. Her bones would morph to be more like a wolf's bones, and it wasn't particularly comfortable, Sita would tell you in an instant.
Laying on the ground by the old liquor shoppe, she wondered what the rest who were afflicted would do no that the joyrun was over with.

wow, i said i'd have it in an hour and it ended up being a week. sorry, lol. And yeah, you’ll have to deal with my minimalist style, I can’t seem to get my writing to sound good and description-like.

He’d done it again, he said that he wouldn’t, but he had. Again, Acid found himself outside during the hours of dusk, only hours ticking down to minutes ticking down to seconds till the moon would shed its disgraceful face. He could have kicked himself.
You see, Acid was not fond of the so-called heavenly body, not fond of the bitch at all. In fact, Acid was leaning towards the feeling of hate when it came to the subject of the moon. The sun and him were dogs, they were on speaking terms, but the moon was a different story. It was because of that damned moon that Acid had been deemed a freak, cast out of society to the point that he couldn’t even go home to his family who had, at one point, loved him. They didn’t love him now. No one did, and that was on his mind the tonight.
In minutes now, Acid would undergo a series of mutations that happened faster than any other mutation that evolution had ever led to before LACT. It all happened in about 5 minutes, sometimes less, sometimes more time, today Acid was lucky and it only took a few minutes. His muscles twitched and formed like modeling clay while his bones shifted and pulled away the way that they do when a kid is going through a growth spurt only… only it was different. It was more like having all of your bones broken at once, and then being glued together again in a matter of seconds. Not a very happy time at all.
In the end a quick rush of euphoria would run through the victims body, almost making the change worth it… if it would last longer. It was only a moments time before the victim would feel normal again, normal—yet completely different. Ever wonder what it would feel like to actually like… be a dog?! Yeah, well, Acid knew the feeling, and it was overrated. Those kids in the gamestage, you sociology students know what I’m talking about, the kids who play ‘wolf pack!’ during recess, those kids are so stupid, if they knew what it was really like they might try playing ‘house’ instead. The girly being the mommy, the boy being the daddy, it’s a better game then what LACT kiddies had to go through. Dumbass kids. Acid could crush them if he wasn’t such a sap.
So all right, way to go moon. You did it again. Acid looked up into the sky, cursing the damned rock, and began sauntering his way towards the liquor store. Might as well get drunk, right? He had some blot paper back in the tunnels (along with horse tranqs, happy rocks, speed, ect, ect.) , but he would never make it back there in this state without getting the shit beaten out of him by something or another, and anyways you can’t go wrong with a bottle of wine. Wine was good.
Getting inside the store was easy since there were no doors or windows; it was finding something worth swallowing that was a problem. Most of the alcohol had already been picked through by winos and losers like Acid. In a anthropomorphic state, hands are crazy long with jagged nails, with which one might have trouble typing or grabbing at tiny little things, but bottles were fine for the most part. After scavenging through the backroom for a little while Acid heard a howl, it wasn’t purely canine, or even completely werewolf, almost… more humanly than any werewolf he’d ever heard. Anyway, Acid ignored it. The sound seemed to be close, but Acid really didn’t care. He finally found a bottle and headed out of the cellar, into the front room and rolled his eyes.
It appeared to be a half-shifted human laying out in the parking lot. Amazing how these types were so attracted to him, he couldn’t stand it sometimes. Acid took the bottle in between his teeth and padded out of the store on all fours, which was sometimes more comfortable in such a state, as you would know if you have ever been in it. He laid the bottle down on the parking lot ground and moved towards the dead looking creature. She had obviously been the one to sing that song earlier.
”Hey, doll, its not safe to hang around these parts while battling with consciousness.“ Acid whined, he could never get used to the whiney voice that a wolf had to deal with on a daily basis but whats that didn’t bother his at this moment, right now he was wondering if the girl would be able to understand him. Werewolves could understand each other, wolves could understand werewolves, but humans never could. So… what about a half shifted werewolf? If she didn’t, oh well, he’d just leave with his wine.
