tip for feeding microworms
Thought I'd share this suggestion from the BKA forum

"A good idea is to feed micro worms through a floating piece of
Styrofoam which has a hole with 'filter cotton wool' in the middle (hopefully you know what I mean. Add some micro worms on the wool and they'll find slowly the way into the tank."

My interpretation is a piece of flat polystyrene with a hole through the middle plugged with filter wool. Float the styrene in the fry tank and add a portion of mw onto the top of the wool plug. The worms will wriggle through the wool over an extended period and sink through the water column where they can be pick-off by the fry.
This is an alternative to adding the worms at one time and having most sink to the bottom where the fry of some species wont find them.

Re: tip for feeding microworms
good idea. I guess you could do the same with filter wool in one of those worm feeder cones. I might try it with grindal worms as well. You would want to rinse the wool out pretty well regularly as I imagine a few would die in the wool and start to polute the tank.
