now keeping me dieting for "my life in advanced years&q
I'm 62 by age, 93.5 kilos by wheight, since 1994 - disabled by road-accident (got crushed within a car after being about 2 kilometers in air and landing bottom-up on- concrete). at the accident was 6160 kilos.
Am still under medical are. almost 6 years in a disability department of an Elders' Home. In Isael, Hod Hashron(25 km nort to Tel Aviv).
I eat only in the mess room=day room. 3 meals and 2 more "refreshings": at 10-11 mornings - a juic drink with cut vegetables. At 15.30-16.30 afternoon- hot drink(I like herbal tea- diferent tstes)and a piece of cake or 2-3 buiscuits.
meals at exactly: 7.00-7.40; 12.30-13.10; 18.30-19.00
this is regular- since I got here about 6 years ago.

no fat, no adding salt. and- lots of drinks in my meals,soup at noon...and using imitated sugars or honey(on the coldest days like now).
What really gets me keeping the weight and going at about 2 kilos down each month- is the activities I do. the mental activities - are most important, but do not forget daily s "healng-movements(my way of reducing / eliminating pains)"phisically.
I've learned to think positive. to see in every situation,any surrounding- the good the things that are - not those that are NOT here. the internet is a wonderful place to learn it.
I do "meditation-in-movement" each day. it is my wonder-way of imagening my communications with my 2 sons, at their places(elder 31-with wife & 2 kids;younger 28 with wife)and their wives. I think and treat both wives as my own daughters, if I had girls. it is wonderful to recieve love from the family- and to give your love to your family- regardless ofany "trade" nor "turns"... this is all m family now, and I hope to have hem expand in good time...
twice a week I get out of this department- only with a caretaker(I can't put my own pants alone), and I eat a little sandwitch or just a drink with salads(without the bread),and in those days - I "miss" a noon meal here....
soon enough I'll be back to the swimming pool(temporary wounds in my legs prevent that now).
