You're smart enough to understand, aren't you? Unfortunately (at least to many furs), Antifur International was not forceably removed from the Web nor have we abandoned our organization. We've simply elected not to maintain a Web presence, as we feel that (a) the people finding us here are by and large idiots and (2) we serve our purpose better in the real world.

But don't fret. We're still online as individuals, and we do wander among you.

Thanks for the "fun". You're a sad bunch that seriously needs real people to notice you and get you all help. Hopefully you all will get a clue the next time a critical group arises...or the time after that...or, well, no, maybe you won't.

So we wrote to the furred wonders at Pressed Fur. As they will likely post our message (hey, they need to get content from somewhere), we don't see the point in posting it here as well. Suffices to say that no, Antifur has NOT "called it quits" by any stretch of the imagination. We're just undergoing a change (the way Pressed Fur does it, you'd think our removing our site is a news flash of the same magnitude as the earthquakes in India).
