OoOoOh, you wanna know what this is? Yes, I'm sure you do. Alphas and alpha advisors can gather into this well decored forum to sip tea and eat grey poupon. And of course, have little rings on the napkins! Although it sounds nice, (and like a lot of fun!) alphas and alpha advisors must put their petty goods aside and talk about matters at paw. Such as ranks and activity. |

Be sure to place your paws carefully in making your way up this steep, rocky ridge. This secluded cliff near the summit of the great mountain is a place to settle arguements, give yourself a place alone to think, or have a private conversation without risk of disturbance. A shallow cave gives you respite from the dizzying cliffside trail, although even there, caution is advised. |

A beautiful, crystal clear creek with tumbling waterfalls and cascades runs down the mountain in a babbling, chattering parade of grand proportions. It's name, meaning Spirit-Song, is such because of the sweet whisper of the waters; they allow the song of one's soul to be freed and rest in perfect tones. |

Crystal Reflections
Enter into the vast cavern, where in it you will find a lake more pure than even the creek that it spawns. If your heart does not fall under the Light, dare not enter. If you do, a grave fate awaits the dark confines of the cave depths. But, if you are allowed to grace the cavern with your paws, you will see its wonders. Beautiful crystals of every color, shape, and size are embedded in the domed ceiling, and glitter with unheld beauty at the bottom of the lake. Cool yourself in the broiling summer months, swim in the seemingly endless lake, and if you have the willpower and strength, paddle out to a beautiful island near the center. Or if it is not water you prefer, explore the cavern itself, for their are always secrets to unfold. |

Twilight's Eaves
Let your puppy paws fly over the springy green of Twilight's Eaves. The lush myrtle trees are thick, and give off a pleasant minty scent. In the center of this large grove is a snug den in a pile of colorful sandstone, where all pups may go if they feel the need for a friend, for protection, or just for fun! This is the meeting place for the Twilight Frost puppy pack! |

Sundance Hills
Cross the rolling golden hills of Sundance. Let your thoughts flow free as your paws pound across the gentle hills. This, like Twilight's Eaves, is a wonderful place to play and have fun, but it is also a place to summon the Alpha Pups if you have need of their counselling, or any other trusted member of the pack, this is the perfect place to speak, for it is quiet and peaceful. |

Blackened Flame Hills
You enter a darkened realm, where everything seems shrouded in shadow. This is the border of the Shadow Star Mountain Pack. Enter only if your Heart falls under darkness, or be turned away by the Alphas. The foothills at the base of the Far Side of Midnight Peak are dotted with burnt trees, blackened stumps, and wilted prairie grass due to a fire that swept through not long ago. |

Wolfen Desolate
A barren meadow no more than a fourth of the way up the mountain greets your eyes, stripped of all plant life. The bones of all who have met their fate in this spot litter the ground plainly, but just beyond a curve in the Mountain is a small lake. So clear and cold is this eliptically-bound water that you can see easily the pebbles at the bottom. All Dark Wolves may enter this place, but none of the Light may cross it's shores. Feel free to swim, cool a dry throat, or Fish. |

Daggerline Cliffs
Jagged cliffs go up in a seam along the edge of the Shadow Star territory. A perfect place to settle disagreements, and where the Alphas and Alpha Advisor may come when discussing matters away from the remainder of the pack. |

Shrouded Summit
The Peak of the Shadow Star Territory. There is a small height of rock on the tip that lets the Shadow Star members gaze upon those of the Midnight Peak Wolf Pack. Even here there is small game to be found: Rabbits, squirrels, voles and such. But be wary. Step across the border and the members of Midnight Peak will be upon you before there is time to think. Watch your step, as your step will be watched. |

Feral Wood
Enter a forest where the canopy is so thick that sunlight rarely filters through the thick foliage. The forest seems endless, stretching from halfway to almost the top. Strangely it seems perfectly flat as you ascend through the trees, and it is not tiring. Here is where the best hunting will be found, but the wood is also shared by grizzlies and other dangerous creatures. |

Shadow Star Mesa
This is the Shadow Star Meeting place. Such things that are handled here are: strangers in the territory NOT wishing to join their pack, a death, etc. etc. At night this is a place where you may stargaze, and in the early dawn one star that remains is as black as death itself. This is how Shadow Star got it’s name. Heed though, a rattlesnake resides at the edge of the mesa, a great serpent of incredible size and age. It's lightning strikes and fatal venom have taken the lives of many uncautious wolves. |

Sahna's Eyes
A place above all law, where Sahna, the Moon, gazes down upon the land with a more attentive eye. Any creature may enter the glade, canine or feline, predator or prey, dark or light. All things must be set aside on these grounds, and peace made. In this place is where the strongest magick can be woven, and where many powers are awakened. Two pools rest in the center of this sacred glade, and reflect the bright silver of Sahna’s cold gaze, reminding all, beast-people and two-legged folk alike, that the moon is always watching. |

Lupine Celeste
The gravesite of Midnight Peak’s former Alpha, Winter Dawn. On nights where the moon turns her dark face towards the earth, the spirits of the dead may pass through the veil-thin barrier that constrains them, and walk among the living. And as the grave that bears her physical body binds her spirit, one may seek counsel with the Guardian of the Mountain, or simply hear a tale of times past. |

Caverne Draconis
The Dragon's Lair A yawning hole of complete darkness lies secluded among the woods. A tunnel of obsidian and skoria rock stretches on endlessly beyond the cavern mouth, a strange sight among the granite and sandstone commonly found on the mountain. As you reach the entrance, a sulfurous scent wafts through the tunnel on a warm breeze. Strange, is it not, a breeze coming from a cave? But maybe it is not a breeze…legend tells of a dragon’s lair deep within the mountain. Those brave of heart venture into the tunnel, but when they return, they speak not of their journey. Do you dare? |

The Rift
When the mountain was sundered and divided between light and dark, a great valley was created down this divider line, that is neither clothed in darkness nor bathed in light. It resides in the twilight of neutrality. Neither pack lays claim to this lush, fertile valley, and so any may venture here, including creatures not of wolven kind. The slopes are steep, but the rewards great. Plants and game are here in abundance, and competition is slight in the vastness of the valley. By mutual agreement, there is no dispute over this land, and it remains free for all. |

Aureate Plains
In the valley that Midnight Peak and its surrounding mountains create, there stretches a flat golden plain, dazzling during sunrise and warm and secure during cold nights. The long grass provides security, although it still screens hidden dangers. Many cats choose to reside here, but the large game populating the area disinterests them in predators. |
