Sec. 75.7 Exemption statement.
The images located on this site and connected ones under the control of the owner are exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 (a) (The PROTECT Act). This exemption is because the only depictions of sexually explicit conduct are text-based, drawings or computer generated images that do not involve actual performers of any age.
Contributors to this site should be aware of the record keeping requirements of any digitally- or computer-manipulated image, digital image, picture, or other matter presenting a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct. Images of actual persons involved in sexually explicit conduct will not be tolerated or retained. Drawings or completely computer-generated images, such as Poser pictures, re not subject to the provisions of the PROTECT Act and may be posted freely. Material involving visual depictions of actual performers portraying simulated sexually explicit conduct are not subject to the provisions of the PROTECT Act, but will not be tolerated as a fuction of covering my ass.
