Yoga
My work offers classes at 6pm each week for yoga and cardio kick-boxing. I attend the yoga class. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it or not but after 6 weeks I've definitely noticed an improvement in my flexibility. Our workouts are getting more intense so I'm sweating during class now. :)
