In the odd event an officer is not on to hear a request to join Reckoning Dawn, I've arranged a 24/7 way of making your interests known.
Some things to know about our family:
We are a small family and shall remain as such. People of Reckoning Dawn generally like the ability to do as they please most every night without feeling they have to join daily guild events. Many of us have been together in this guild for a year and know our game personas pretty well.
This is a mature guild - most of our family members' puppetmasters are adults ranging from age 25+. Our discussions usually revolve around matters important or understood by this age group. As wonderful as it may be, I'm afraid a discussion involving Destiny Child's latest pop 40 hit may fall on deaf ears, but we'd gladly debate with you why Darth Vader would kill Bruce Springsteen  . (Without the E Street Band of course)
You are asked to be as self reliant as possible. The family is here to help you complete your tasks, but we're not here to DO the task for you. Prepare yourself adeqately with maps, research and tactics.
Family members are not only here to help each other but other people they meet in Norrath. This means being polite and gracious.
You are expected to dispense your knowledge of Norrath to the younger members of our family. We find it important to have new Norrathians in our ranks and guide them as best as we can as they make their travels. In turn, you will be rewarded by reliving the experince of what it was like to see a Spectre or a Hill Giant for the very first time.
You are expected to be generous with your family. Whether its extra time or baubles.
Because we wish to keep our circle tight, you will not find the following in Reckoning Dawn:
Daily groupings with your fellow guild members.
Full Reckoning Dawn raids. Tis better to involve friends and meet new people anyway.
Large mob encounters comprised mostly of Reckoning Dawn members. We have established good ties with other guilds for encounters such as this. Members of this family do not find it necessary to their enjoyment to be able to kill VS as a guild - but were happy for those members that do get the opportunity to engage in these encounters.
The only REAL requiremnts for joining our ranks are:
Be of level 10 or greater.
Be philanthropic.
Be kind to all.
