The current month is Patchwall, the first month of autumn, 586.
An influx of visitors, exiles and merchants have arrived, due not only to the booming trade that is taking place in Greyhawk but it's apparent safety in this time of war and uncertainty. So there is still much activity and business even though war surrounds the Flanaess. Events, stranger than normal, have began to manifest themselves on the streets of Greyhawk. For the moment, no one seems to know how or why these bizarre occurances are happening, although it is only a matter of time before they come to the attention of the powerful and knowing.
| This grand temple is more than a century old, and it shows some outward signs of disrepair. Inwardly, the golden draperies that symbolise the goodness of Pelor hang everywhere, bright as new. The sanctuary in the heart of the temple is used for the morning rites of devotion, performed daily, and the full day of observances every Godsday. Two other large rooms are also devoted to the advancement of the faith. One of these is a large chamber used as a shelter for those who have nowhere else to stay. The acolytes of the church devote time each day to helping the needy individual find employment and lodging. A stay may last only three days. |
