Shivstick!
Hi Shiv...I hope you read this! I didn't know how else to get a message to you, so I hope you don't mind.

I just read your reply to the message 'Post-grad courses - any advice?'. I just wanted to enquire about a few things. It seems like you've taken the path I am hoping to take into SLT.

Can I do any Post-grad course in SLT or does it actually have to have Speech and Language in the title? Which degree are you doing? I find it extremely reassuring that you did a BA in English Lang and are now doing a Post-grad in SLT. (",) Was it difficult to do this? How did you go about it?

Sorry to ask so many questions...it's just that I really want to do SLT as a career and I'm a bit apprehensive at the moment because I keep thinking I'm doing the wrong degree (Linguistics) and it won't be enough to get onto a post-grad course.

I'd be grateful for any advice or if you could just share your thoughts again. I found your other reply extremely helpful! Thanks.
