Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a forum and an organization that teaches preparedness and develops leaders and citizens that are prepared and can assume authority positions in the event of crisis. In the absence of civil architecture they can re-establish community and authority in accordance with the rules of civilized society with respect to individual freedoms, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States.
