My exercise
Grob and I have a system going now that is working out well. We eat dinner, clean up the kitchen, sit on the couch for 30 min while watching our favorite cooking show (30 minute meals) and then we go walking around our neighborhood. We walk for about 30 mins or so. It is hard cause of all the hills and such, but it gives me that much needed exercise and doesn't seem as bad as standing on the treadmill. If it is raining or something like that I use my elliptical machine. Its the one that looks like the ski equipment. I have to struggle on that one to last 10 min, but it is better than nothing.
