My excercises
Well, I haven't actually done any working out since about April and now that I am seeing all the hard work you ladies are doing it is time I get back into it. I am heading out to go camping early Thursday morning so my exercise will not actually start until Monday.

Usually I do 12 minutes on my stair stepper ( change to a different walking position every 3 minutes) and then I have the Ab Isolator(Yes I am one of those people that loves Tony Little, cuz he always says "YOU CAN DOOOO IT!!) and that lasts approximately 15 minutes since I am on the Intermediate Level.

I like the idea of jumping rope. I am also trying to think of a way to get some weights in there but I am not sure how. Perhaps I should do some push ups.

If anybody has any ideas that would keep things a bit more evened out, I would be happy to give them a try.

Here's an idea for working out a bit in your car...heheh i have a 2lb weight in my car. When i'm stuck in traffic, or slow moving or whatever.... I pick up the weight and do arm curls and similiar exercises to help shape my arms. If you don't have a weight...then get a 32oz bottle of water... (which you should have with you anyways to drink) and use that instead. Every little bit helps!

Does the Ab Isolator work for you? Heheh i buy the on TV stuff too. :) Never tried that one just the ab roller which i think is now thrown away...heh. I prefer now just to do situps. I don't do them reguarly however...you know when your sitting at your pc waiting for the portal to the moon or trying to find a group and basically just sitting there doing nothing... Thats when i go afk and do like 15-20 situps heheh.

I LOVE the Ab Isolator. It really helps me keep the right form. Before I would try to do sit-ups and I ended up gettign a twinge in my neck or back.

I think the main reason I like Tony Little so much, is not only because he hollers at me to keep going, but he came back after a car accident and a large weight gain. He understands that low impact and proper technique are so important to not cause further injury.

If I had more money I would get his new eliptical thingie.
