MEN1; newly diagnosed and wanting help
Hi. I am new to this. I have had symptoms of MENS for years, but was recently diagnosed after having a serious attack of pancreatitis that landed me in the ICU for 19 days. I have hyperparathyroidism, three attacks of pancreatitis in the last five months, hypoglycemia, and my calcium levels are very high. I am 33 years old, a mother of six, and a teacher. I have to admit I am a little scared and have no idea what the future holds as far as treatment is concerned. I would really appreciate any information anyone can give me. Please send me information via my inbox if you have any that would be helpful.

MEN1
Hi, try joining the Yahoo MEN1 group there are many members and a lot of info amongst the group. If you haven't already that is. If you happen to live in USA there are many members. I seem to be the only Aussie.
