I can answer that for you as I have sent some over from time to time and have just re-checked with my "friends" in WA Quarantine Service (Perth 9334 1555).
NO eggs, plants or snails permitted in the bag. Fish must also be of sufficient size to be able to be identified (as not on their noxious list) by WA Quarantine.
The person receiving the "livestock" must advise WA Quarantine at least 24 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made to inspect the shipment.

Please pass on my email address and we can arrange something off-forum. I could be travelling to Perth late next week, so may work out well for your contact.

Just for the record, I'm not prepared to make these arrangement on a public forum such as Killifish Oz. That said, I am always happy to help anyone in any way I can privately

My pleasure Dean
I don't have any objection to people contacting me, in fact, I welcome it. I'm also happy to give fish and eggs away. In some states, keeping certain species is prohibited, eg annuals is SA.

As the Perth person in question I'd like to say a big Hi and Thanks to everyone!
I'm really looking forward to my venture into killi territory. I've wanted to keep killies for quite some time, but haven't been able to source any in Perth till now. I have also been told of a pair of gularis ($50) and a pair of a. australe - lyretail ($30) that are in a lfs in Perth. Is this reasonable for these fish?
