In need of advice
Please can anyone advise? I have a degree in Chemistry and have been working in the pharmaceutical industry since graduating. I decided to retrain as an SLT but wanted to return to my home (Birmingham) to do this. B'ham does not do a postgrad conversion so I started the three year BSc at UCE last Sep. Am finding it very difficult being with 18 yr olds etc but am willing to stick it out if it will not be a disadvantage doing the BSc instead of the MSc when it comes to getting job. Does anyone know of the reputation of the course at UCE and would I be better off transferring to the MSc somewhere else or would it make no difference? Would the MSc provide speedier career progression? After giving up so much would like to make the right choice here!
