On the subject itself. Here are a few things to get you started. The "trick" to seeing auras can be learned thru a visual game. Have you ever seen the pictures within a picture cards and books? It all looks like a big design until you look at it just right and you see an underlying pic. The way to see the hidden picture, that is actually right in front of your eyes is simple. You look thru and past it with unfocused eyes. Example. Place your hand on either a white or black surface (paper, furniture...).Spread the fingers out wide. Now look at your hand. Let your eyes relax and almost cross. Try to picture yourself looking thru your hand as if it isn't there. You should begin to see a blur of color around the edges. If you try to focus upon this at first, it will dissapear. Takes time and practise. At first it will probably appear white. It's ok. Eventually you will be able to discern colors. Keep practising faith! You'll get it!
