Thought this would be a good place to post an ad! The flat is in East Finchley - ideal for the Northern Line straight through to Angel (done it in 40 mins door to door on those mornings when I couldn't be bothered to get out of bed!). Its a lovely flat (really!), 2 bedrooms, living room, good sized kitchen, seperate toilet and bathroom, and a peaceful balcony overlooking the communal garden. The available room is also on the garden side so v. quiet. Fitted wardrobes, desk and double bed. The room is free from Oct 1st 2005 and rent is Ł433 per month + bills. Really decent rent for a good flat in a good area. As I say, I've been through the course as well so there's the bonus of stealing my notes and asking advice!!
