Bina, tell me what you did this past weekend?
I know that the weather has changed in Ohio. It is so cold at night, that I have to sleep with a blanket and socks and a winter night gown! So, I know that the weather must be changing in Sweden also.
Oh, Bina! As you become older the aches and pains that you have, you would never believe all of the problems a person can have . You must make exercise and diet a part of your everyday life in order to stay heathly when you get older. I know from experience.
I have been trying to get some money to pay for painting my house. I will have a painter do it because I become dizzy if I stand on a ladder.
I guess that I will go home for Thanksgiving and my b-day the following week after Thanksgiving unless, I get an invitation to dinner from someone who lives in Columbus.
I would like to stay in Pennsylvania until after the New Year and come back to Ohio to see my doctors. I love the winter in Pennsylvania. It is much more beautiful than in Ohio.
I bought my Life CD yesterday since the order from VH1 that I made did not come in the mail. I just love Ricky's new sounds.
He is not the same Ricky, I don't think, but I love him all so much as I do you and Jörgen. I hope he knows that I am happy that you have him to do things with. I still have no one since my boyfriend left. But I am not going out to meet anyone new. That is my own fault.
I have made my living room an exercise club of my own. You know that the exercise club that I paid $1,500 for closed and I lost all my money. But I did loose a lot of weight. I am not paying for an exercise club again. I have many exercise machines at my home which I have been using.
The only thing which I could do is water aerobics but I hate to get dressed and then undressed from my bathing suit to my street clothes and I have to dry my hair a the fitness club. I don't think it is worth all the trouble. I wish that I learned how to swim like you can. That is the best exercise of all. That is what my physical education teacher told me when I was in high school. We had a swimming pool at the high school but I never learned how to swim. But they did try to teach me. LOL

Dear Sandy-chan and all of you ...well i dont remember what i did the weekend 14 and 15th oct....but i guess me and Jörgen were out a little and well we just stayed indoors awell...i think the weather was ok...My parents were in S-holm and visiting some good friends of theirs...Well during the weekends i am just spending time with Jörgen at his place and we are eating some nice food as....tacos....rice and chicken and that kind of things... ...I hope that gives you an idea what we are doing....Well right now i am sick...i having the cold....but hopefully i will get better and better day by day and hopefully i can go back to work on Thursday or Friday or maybe i will go back next Monday....its good to be away from work actually....i dont miss it for the world right now....but i am glad that i have my work though...its give me some stabillity if you know what i mean....Soon Jörgen will come home and hopefully i can ask him to buy me something to eat....maybe some chicken....so we can eat rice and chicken...yum .....He will come home in 1,5 hour or so...Take care and big hugs to all of you from me **oct 25th 2005 at 2.21pm in SWE**~Bina~

I haven't done that for such a long time. I don't know why.
I am so comfortable in my little house, I never want to leave it now that I have Ricky's new CD. I play it everyday and know most of the lyrics except the ones in Spanish. I will have to really practice speaking the words before I can sing them. I did learn how to sing La Bomba. That was very difficult for me but once you learn it, you never forget it.
This weekend is Halloween in the USA. The TV has had two weeks of scary movies. I love it. Most of them are about Dracula and vampires which I love to watch. So, I am trying not to worry about money and my diet and just relax.
Do you drink orange juice? That is supposed to be good for a cold or if you feel a cold coming on, you can take vitamin C tablets. Have you ever taken vitamins? I am taking a lot lately since I lost 75 pounds and the doctor took blood and said that I was anemic. I was wondering why I didn't have any energy. Usually when you loose a lot of weight as I have, you feel like you are Superman. So, I bought iron and vitamin B pills that I take three times a day.
Ok, well you have a great weekend. I will try to write you a snail mail but the computer is much faster.
