Mahatatain Registered User Posts: 1 (5/18/06 12:45 pm) Reply Axe of Durin Does anyone know if I am correct in thinking that the fate of the Axe of Durin is unclear? In several MERP modules and the LOTR game it appears that Balin found it and used it but I don't know whether this is canon. When Balin died it's fate is not recorded. Therefore could the Axe of Durin be a potential quest object for a 4th Age campaign? Thanks, Andy.
