APRIL Challenge
Thread idea:
Once a month, a thread is started with a specific set up which includes, characters, scene and any other specifics to be included.
The challenge is for anyone to write a one parter (It has to end in one post. No continuations) using the scenarios as the guideline.
For example:
Characters include: Rory, tristan, dean, jess, luke, and lorelei
Scene:high school classroom
Specifics: Must include the use of a pull down map
RORY must be wearing her snowflake sweater
Must use the term "In your dreams"
Everyone is the welcome to write a ONE PART scene using ALL these components.
There's a couple ideas behind this:
1. Encourage new and beginning writers
2. Give a challenge to people with writer's block
3. Help writers to try their hand to new styles (not as daunting with a one parter)
4. Read how different writers will tell the story (4 writers-4 completely different stories)
5. Readers can get all their fave authors in one place.
(Hint on the whoring out for replies)
There will be no continuations of posts on this thread. Even in collaboration with another writer.
At the end of the month, we'll move the thread to finished fics, and start a new one. You can make suggestions for specifics and scenarios to me at princetongirl_35@hotmail.com

1) Any season.
2) The phrase 'Green with envy' must be used.
3) A sad ending is required.
4) Must be written from rory's POV.
